Structural (containers & frames)
Container enclosures, mounting frames, and structural steel carry a 25-year warranty against corrosion and structural defects under normal outdoor use.
Electronics
Controllers, charge arrays, and cooling managers are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for 2 years from delivery.
Battery storage
SatStore battery banks are warranted to retain at least 80% of rated capacity for 6,000 charge cycles.
What's not covered
Damage from misuse, unauthorized modification, improper installation, acts of nature beyond rated tolerances, or the customer-supplied ASIC miners themselves is not covered.
Making a claim
Contact us with your order number and a description of the issue. We may request photos or diagnostics. Valid claims are resolved by repair, replacement, or credit at our discretion.
