Processing times
Accessories and automation systems ship within 3–5 business days. Containers are built to order and typically ship in 4–8 weeks depending on configuration and current demand.
Freight & delivery
Smaller items ship via standard parcel or LTL freight. Containers are delivered by flatbed truck to your site; please ensure the delivery location is accessible and that you can offload with appropriate equipment, or request lift-gate/crane service in advance.
Shipping cost
Exact freight cost depends on destination, weight, and access. For most orders the cost is confirmed after checkout and before dispatch. Reach out any time for a delivery estimate before you buy.
International orders
We ship worldwide. International buyers are responsible for import duties, taxes, and any local electrical or safety certification. We're happy to help you plan the logistics — contact us before ordering large equipment.
Tracking
Once your order ships, we'll email tracking details to the address you provided at checkout.
